ASSETPRO Residential Management offers community associations professional property management services delivered by seasoned professionals who understand the importance of presentation, communication, and organization. We currently manage 12 community associations throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding areas , consisting of a total of 1706 residential units. The properties range from low-, mid-, and high-rise condominiums and co-operatives; lifestyle and active adult communities; and mixed-use properties.

ASSETPRO administers client annual operating budgets of more than $2.5 million and overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of more than 2000 residents. Services include traditional management services; on-site staffing and property services; risk and association compliance and specialty financial products.
