WE EXPERIENCE

HISTORY

Michael Defruscio created the business model for ASSETPRO in response to the growing need for services to support community association boards and the homeowners they serve. ASSETPRO has long recognized the need for an intensive management approach through prudence, diligent effort, thoughtful planning and effective implementation to meet increasing demands. In early 2008, ASSETPRO joined forces with another Philadelphia based company, Affiance Property Management. This merger has enabled us to offer a wider array of services to our customers, and improve overall customer satisfaction. From budget preparation and legal assistance, to maintenance and capital improvements, ASSETPRO has become a one stop shop for all your property management needs. Building a successful company is never easy. Dedication and persistence are the key attributes that pave the way for our success.
